Bespoke Assessment

Our candidates participate in early candidate profiling and complete a written assessment, tailored to each position and client. This assesses specific  competencies, aiding clients tailor interviews.

Benchmark Candidate

To ensure our shortlist is aligned with our clients expectations, we get a benchmark candidate interviewed by the client early in the process. This is a good opportunity to check in with the initial brief.

Screening & Shortlist

The screening process consists of phone interviews, written assessments and in-depth interviews by the Azura Search team. Once all candidates have been screened a shortlist will be presented to the client.

Offer Management

Azura Search acts on behalf of the client, managing expectations and providing  guidance throughout. Our team can also manage the referencing process, pre or post offer.
