Melanie's spent 12 years building an extensive network of CEOs, CFOs and other transformational finance leaders. As Managing Director, she leads the Search business working on assignments in London, the UK and internationally; predominantly in TMT, Property and Retail. Previously Melanie was Business Director at a FTSE 250 plc.
Edward has built considerable experience in executive search and interim management over 15 years. With a focus on delivering domestic and international searches for leading technology, retail, consumer goods and leisure organisations, he is known for his speed of hire and commercial acumen. Edward also leads our business transformation practice.
With over 20 years’ experience, David has executed searches at board level for some of the most globally influential brands. David is known for his pragmatic and intelligent advice as well as his thorough search capability and extensive network. David supports global businesses specialising in sectors such as media, leisure, hospitality and sport.
Paul has 14 years of experience recruiting senior finance professionals and c-suite executives into large multinationals and private equity backed organisations. Based in Amsterdam, he has sourced some of the leading CFOs, finance directors and senior executives for leading international organisations. Paul is known for his solution focussed approach.
Jason has over seven years’ experience working on retained assignments for CFO’s and other c-suite professionals. He specialises in delivering searches in technology and telecommunications for fast growth start-ups, large multinationals and private equity backed organisations. Jason prides himself on his consultative, collaborative and honest approach.

Our charitable foundation supports three long-term charity partners: Street Child, Resurgo Trust and Evelina Children's Hospital. Working together with our partners we give people the power to live their true potential. All staff are foundation members and we give them tangible experiences to connect with our charitable partners. Last year we cycled 470km from our Amsterdam office to our London headquarters, and this year we’re running the Sierra Leone marathon for Street Child. These experiences push us out of our comfort zone, connect us as a team and build deeper relationships. It promotes our collaborative approach and supports how we work with our clients.
